Post Trip Pictures ( HDR primer )

Well here are some photos that I took with my SLR and required post processing

I use a process called HDR with stands for High Dynamic Range. A camera can only process a small dynamic range in comparison to what your eye/brain processes when it sees something. This technique involves actually taking 3 pictures at different exposures (very quickly) and combining them back together (with software, I use Photomatix) to give a higher dynamic range. Also a process call tonal mapping is done to improve the vividness of the image. This process creates an image closer to what you perceived as you were taking the picture.

Here is the processed version, as you can see I have now captured he vividness the of the tile work. You can now  see the tried tourist that is overwhelmed from the long journey (shown in the background) and  the endless beauty of  tile work  (foreground).


If you look closely now you can see me taking taking the Pic in the reflection of the sun glasses
